Body manufactured in 1.2mm thick steel - formed, welded, dressed and pretreated prior to polyester finish white gloss RAL 9010. Supplied in sections with cross straps to provide support for diffuser frame and infill panels which are secured with tamperproof screws to fully gasketed body.
Plain opal polycarbonate panels are fitted to frames which are retained to body by suspension straps.
H.F. ballasts non dimmable mounted to gear tray with fused plug & socket connector. Each section is provided with cable way and fixing positions for wall & ceiling. Gear tray has hinge down facility.
The installation comprises a front section together with severa l fixed length trunking sections which house lamp(s) and control gear and infill panels whilst an end section completes the run.
All bolt together to form an almost seamless installation of excellent visual quality.
The exposed areas are produced to withstand substantial vandal attack, metalwork 1.2 mm thick whilst the diffuser is 3mm thick vandal resistant opal fire retardant polycarbonate as standard. A thicker (4mm) panel can be fitted as option with corresponding reduction in light output value.
Each section is packaged as a sub-assembly to ensure simple and speedy installation with pre-wired facility to the control gear mounted to the gear trough.
Testing of the installation can be carried out before applying screw down of the suspended diffuser panel assembly to the trunking.
